We've spent years on the delivery side of IT. Long enough to be tired of watching the same story play out.
Systems shipped fast and cheap, then quietly handed over as someone else's problem. Quality traded away under deadline pressure, with the bill arriving years later, and landing on the people who never ran up the debt in the first place.
We watched teams grow headcount just to stand still. We watched maintenance swallow the roadmap. We watched outages become normal, and "we'll fix it properly later" become never. And eventually we decided we'd had enough of just watching.
Enduring IT is what we built instead.
